Eligibility To Play:

Dream Boys (‘Dream Boys’, ‘our(s)’, ‘we’) conduct skilled prize competitions at physical location events and on the website www.dreamboys.co.za (referred to as the ‘Website’). The competitions result in the allocation of prizes and are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
People from 18 years and up, and who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence are eligible to play the competitions.
Dream Boys’ employees or their immediate family members, or people acting on their behalf, or any other persons who are involved in the creation or administration of our competitions are ineligible to engage in competitions regardless of their age.

Promotion Periods:

Each competition will have a designated period of time. Please refer to each competition for information on start and end dates and times.

Legal Obligation:

By entering a competition, you (‘participant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them, as well as any additional requirements set out in related promotional material.
These competitions are ruled by South African Law and any disputes relating to the competitions will be resolved under South African Law. The Courts of South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you partake in a competition on the Website, as well as accept these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are not violating any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of participating in such competitions. Dream Boys will not be held liable for any participant who enters one of our competitions unlawfully. If you are at all uncertain, you should immediately leave the Website and consult with the relevant authorities in your country

Competition Adjudication:

An independent group of adjudicators appointed by Dream Boys will determine the position of the ball’s center after the end of the competition. This will be done using their sporting expertise and in the presence of a Dream Boys representative.
Within 48 hours after the end of the competition, the Adjudicator’s Position will be compared against a database of coordinates to calculate mathematically which of the valid and eligible entries is closest to the Adjudicator’s Position, and therefore the winner of the competition. The competition Winner will be the person who correctly identifies, or if no one is correct, the person who is closest to, the Adjudicator’s Position. Distance will be calculated as the straight line distance from each valid and eligible Entry to the Adjudicator’s Position.
If there are two or more competitors with valid and eligible entries that are equally close to or exactly match the Adjudicator’s Position, the competitors will participate in another spot the ball game to determine the competition winner. This will occur in the following scenarios.
Dream Boys will use the contact information provided by competitors to attempt to reach the winners, and it is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure these details are correct and current.
If Dream Boys is unable to contact a Winner within 7 days (which may be extended at our discretion) of the end of the competition, or if the Winner fails to accept the prize or contravenes any of the Terms and Conditions, the Winner will forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to the participant with the next closest coordinates. Once the prize has been forfeited, the original winner will have no further claims against Dream Boys.
Dream Boys reserves the right to extend the closing date of any competition at its sole discretion, or to suspend, alter or cease a competition, or invalidate any affected entries, if for any reason the competition cannot run as planned due to factors beyond Dream Boys’ control. In the event of an early closure of a competition, the Winner may be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by Dream Boys prior to the closure date, but Dream Boys reserves the right to close a competition early without selecting a Winner. If a competition is closed without selecting a Winner, Dream Boys will provide all participants with Credit to replay equivalent tickets in a subsequent competition.
All participants will automatically be added to Dream Boys’ database for the purpose of conveying information regarding the status of their entry, as well as any future promotions or competitions offered by Dream Boys.
